My passion for land began in childhood. I grew up working on my neighbor’s 10-acre property tending the orchard, caring for beehives, and mowing pastures. Those experiences taught me that land ownership is more than a privilege; it is a responsibility. Land is something to be respected, cared for, and passed on better than it was found. I believe American land is among the greatest blessings we have, and it deserves thoughtful stewardship.

That belief inspired me to start Ensign Land Co. I wanted to build a company centered around studying, improving, and sharing land while helping property owners through important transitions. Whether a family is ready to sell inherited land, simplify their holdings, or move on to a new chapter, I strive to make the process simple, honest, and respectful.
